Hit "Finished" Button to save changes How can I know someone has received and read my email?You can use the Delivery Confirmation and/or the Read Confirmation features provided by the mail server. Delivery confirmation informs the sender that mail has been delivered to the recipient and in case of failure an error message is generated. When recipient opens the email, read confirmation is sent to the sender When you compose an email a new window is opened for you. If you click on drop-down arrow key you will find these options. Just click on the option you would like to choose.
